Q: How do I order?

A: Simply email me at solozaudio@gmail.com if you would like to place an order.  I am more than happy to answer any questions you have as well.  Please do not hesitate to contact me about a specific cable that is not listed on my site.  Often I can accommodate with custom cables.

 Q: Why do you use US Standard measurements instead of Metric?

A: I measure all Soloz Audio cables in feet & inches because that is what we, in the US, are used to.  Furthermore, most American households own some sort of yard stick and/or tape measure, but few own metric measuring tools.  Not only is this easier, but you get more for your money.  For example:  My 2 foot cables are competitively priced with other's .5M cables.  However, .5M is about 1.64 feet; likewise, 1M is about 3.28 feet.  So compare our 4' cables to the competitor's 1M cables and our 2' cables to their .5M

 Q: How long will it take to get my cable after I order?

A: I do my best to fill orders as fast as I can, but being a small company that makes each cable by hand the quantity of cables we can produce is limited.  Typical build time is less than one week, but at times it make take us up to two weeks.  Shipping time is not included in this estimation, but normally takes no more then 3-4 business days.

 Q: How do you ship?

A: My preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority.  Most packages arrive within 2-3 days.  I also provide delivery confirmation numbers.

 Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: Yes, I will ship worldwide.  Please contact me for specific shipping quotes.

 Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Standard shipping charge is $7.50 for USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Orders over $100 are subject to a small fee for shipping insurance.  Please contact me for a specific shipping quote

 Q: What methods of payment to you accept?

A: PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but I will also accept money orders sent to:

 Q: How does your 30 day money back guarantee work?

A: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase just let me know and I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied.  If you are still not satisfied you may return your cable within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.  *IC must be in like-new resalable condition or a pro-rated refund will be given.

 Q: What does your warranty cover?

A: Soloz Audio warranties all of our cables to be free from defect for a period of one year from purchase.  Normal wear and tear is not covered nor is abuse.  Cables deemed to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no additional charge.

Q: Why is there tax on my Invoice?

A: All orders shipped to New York State are subject to NY Sales Tax.  All orders regardless of where they are shipped are subject to a 3% PayPal fee if you use PayPal as your payment method.  This helps offset my costs so I can keep my cable prices lower.

*Any order cancellation may be subject to a 15% fee once the cable has been commissioned.
